LogMeIn Pro is an excellent remote control application that features everything you need to manage remote systems and provide technical assistance. In all, I think LogMeIn is one of the best remote control apps I've tried. Also, the Java-based file manager sometimes feels a bit clunky but that's probably due to Java itself.
